* 4 cups of 100% Concord Grape Juice
* 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
* 1/4 cup sugar
Pour 1 cup of grape juice into bowl, sprinkle gelatin on top and let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Add 1 cup juice and sugar in pan and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring to dissolve. Add to the gelatin mixture, stir to dissolve the gelatin. Stir 2 remaining cups of gelatin into the mixture. Pour into a 9×13 glass pan, cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into cubes and serve.
